3S 2100 mah 20C. Look like the spec the same. What is the difference between them?

Both body cells are the same. Only Balancer connector is different.
KX850160A for Align RCE-6BA Balancer
KX850172A for TP Balancer

You can use the Balance adapter ( K10384A) to connect Align Balancer if you use TP type connector.
