澳洲的ozace: Align have done a remakable job here. The new grips and links are in my hands already. This sort of action from them instills a huge amount of confidence in the Trex 600. For a new kit in a new market segment we all should have expected a little teething problem or two , the speed in which Align has reacted to this has been the best effort i have seen from a manufacturer, well done Align.
英國的andycap: Ok lets put this blade grip issue straight. Firstly align have already replaced the grips, we have them here in the uk too already...awesome work.
Now for thoose who went to the 3D masters they would have seen J.K and the Szabo's trying to rip these machines apart with the "faulty blade grips" still attached. Alans final flight involved flying the REX backwards, inverted through the top of a tree clipping off a few small branches, blade grips survived needless to say. Unfortunatley for Danny he crashed his machine quite hard, blade grips survived.
BTW Tonystott there is one known failure that was caused by running baldes slightly too thin that were bolted up vicous tight for blade stop autorotations. Align have reacted in the best possible manner by issueing new blade grips as fast as possible. This is called customer service! Real customer service and can only be admired. As I have already stated it took me 6 weeks to get a set of blade grips for an alternative machine that are just normal stock grips, for Align to pull out all the stops, redesign, manufacture and distribute WORLDWIDE the new grips in what 10 days is remarkable.
