Align RCC-6CX charger problem....

Dear customer service,

I have brought 2 units of Align RCC-6CX balance charger about 3 months ago; one of the charger starting to have problem after few weeks; as shown in the photo, one cell cannot be charged and no electric current is going into in; I have tried different battery and it's the same. On the other charger, it's perfectly OK.

Since I purchased the chargers in Hong Kong, but I can't find any store that can or willing to repair it; so can you suggest where and how can I get it repair in HK? or I need to send it back to Align Taiwan for repair? and what will be the service fee and how long it will take?
