600M馬達磁鐵脫落，空中爆電變，550E全毀

貴公司客服相關人員您好：
小弟日前飛行貴公司的TREX-550E_3G(機身編號： E103036183)，於第三顆
電池飛行途中，電變(100A無刷定速調速器 RCE-BL100G)空中冒煙燒燬而墜
機，新的槳、橫軸、主軸、機頭罩、腳架、尾管等等無一倖免，由於空中
電變燒燬明顯故不疑有它，直接將此電變直接送修(11/16經由新竹力捷，
送修單號：011804)。
但今日整理全機殘骸時，發現其造成燒電變原因，為600M馬達內部磁鐵脫
落分離而導致，詳細如照片所示。

Let me say something by English and Tradition Chinese,

Sometimes, the BEC burned issue we always think that caused by user mishandle in machine, for example: ball linker or main gear was too tight or anywhere we not check ready before flight, for those reasons that are caused by end-user.

But in addition, the crashed reason caused by magnets separated, I think there is nobody can accepted, because we did not know when/ why magnets separated will happen? Even I change a whole new motor I don』t even know when will happen again? Nobody know it, only you have the key, because this motor was manufacture by Alige, unfortunately the quality issue chance led to the finding of the quality issue, and make my Trex550E crashed.

Thanks God! I did not hit any living thing when my Trex550E crashed. I am so lucky!

有時BEC燒燬我們總是認為使用者的錯誤，例如︰球頭或主齒太緊或是起飛前沒做好勤前檢查，最終都是使用者的問題。但是磁鐵分家，我認為沒有人能接受，因為我們不知道什麼時候/磁鐵為什麼分開？即使，我換一個全新馬達也不知道何時會再發生一次？沒人知道，只有你知道這是為什麼， 因為這馬達是由亞拓的製造，令人遺憾這磁鐵分家問題在這偶然機會發現，並且我的Trex550E摔個全毀。感謝菩薩﹗當我的Trex550E炸機時，我沒撞擊任何有生命的東西。實在有夠運氣好

已請相關人員跟催
另外要麻煩您將馬達也送回總公司,除檢修外以便於瞭解磁鐵位移的原因,有勞您了!!!
