"TREX" rtrademark registration in Hong Kong

I come across the following "TREX" trademark application for "remote control helicopters" Hong Kong and hope this will be brought to the attention of Align's staff or legal department:-

The "TREX" trademark application is not applied for by Align but by a person named OU Chun Ki.  I don't know whether this person has been approved by Align to register the TREX trademark.  He could be a senior memeber of Align or approved by Align, but if not, Align should oppose the trademark application.  In Hong Kong, the time limit to oppose a trademark application is 3 months from its date of publication of acceptance for registration.

I just don't want people to misappropriate my beloved brand.

即然不懂英文那就不要亂翻譯，要是翻錯內容讓不懂得人會錯意那該怎麼辦?
看得懂的人自然就看的懂，不懂得人     又想瞭解的內容      自然會去請教看得懂得人
