400L motor 2500kv is low pole count motor or high pole count motor? And this is low rpm range or high rpm range motor? Thanks.

a fixed head speed (rotor rpm), it not really works as advertised. The only way to keep exactly fixed rpm automatically is to use a sensor to check rotor rpm and adjust throttle input continually!
