RCE-BL25G Problem

I bought my 450XL CCPM kit with Motor and 35G ESC.  Unfortunately, I spent more than 2 months to setup the ESC without luck.  After reference with video of ECS setup on this forum.  I doubted this is the problem of my ESC which was not beep as documented.  I brought the ESC back to the shop which I bought it from.  The ESC has been certified by the expert.  It does has problems.

First ... I do trusth Align's quality ... unfortunately ... the fact is telling me ... your quality is far beyond the fact ...
The shop is Top Tech in Hong Kong ....  I never short circuit the ESC... but ur ESC never perfrom as expected ... I did see several complaint in your quality issue ... what should we say/????  What can you offering toward your own quality issue?

Dear Mrwinpro,

Sorry about the RCE-BL25G problem.I know that you're a little angry about what you happed.
But you must tell us something to help yourself. After the shop has confirmed that it is defected ESC, does they do something for you?(try to fix it or renew a new one for you)? Thanks.

Oh, a big problem!Who can tell the man who alwalys does trust Align`s quality has a trouble problem about Align`s 35G ESC how to do as quickly as you do ?good luck!

Once I plug the power, the beeps are irregular ... One beep .. then wait for several mins for second One beep ...  sometime the rotor is suddenly spining for several ms ...  I never receive the ready confirmation. I have waited for more than 15 mins .... I  can only receive less than 3 single beep for the settings.... The ESC is little bit warm .. with all of my observation. ... Can we determine the conclusion?  Is there anything I can do?  From my observation, I believe it is firmware issue on the device.
