problem of 20A brushless esc

Hello,
I am coming from Hong Kong. My friend bought me an 20A brushless esc when travel to Taiwan.
I didn't fly this esc yet, i just test it in home. after i change the setting of motor angle and cut off voltage, my esc doesn't beep any more. Is the esc dead? can you help me? the esc doesn't get hot and i removed the cover and didn't see any damage.

Hi smallming,

I'd suggest you to contact Align's QC department via e-mail in Chinese. The e-mail address was

[email protected]

I think they will do a troubleshooting and arrange a replacement if needed.

Do you connect the esc to your motor?
The sound "beep" is come from motor not esc, so you should connect the motor first.

yes, the i have already connected the motor, the motor can work with my jeti esc and can beep before i change some setting.
it just no beep and the motor not response, servo can work.

can not recall the the previous setting, because no beep.

Do you have another brushless motor or esc to test?
To test esc and motor respectively, maybe you can find which one is broken.

yes, as i said from my 1st post, i have used the jeti esc to test, motor no problem

Maybe you can send the mail to Align first, the customer service dept will give you a good respond and speedy.

try to reconnect the power plug for some times util u hear the beep sound, and try　to pull the throtle stick up to the most to enter the setup mode.(maybe u've setup the wroung setting, so they don't beep anymore)
