I had sent back the DS650 with issue on October 2011 with double registered parcale. DS650 was just brought for a couple months last year. I would like to check what is the status & when I would get it fixed. Registered parcel attached.

2011/10/25已E-MAIL相關維修資訊與您，因一直未有您的回覆,故
2011/10/31寄信至您提供之地址,但因無人取件亦被退回，服務人員不放棄聯絡,於之後均有陸續mail至您的信箱，但皆無所回覆,故一直無法與您確認。
是否方便提供(pm)可聯絡您的方式,以便盡快為您服務。
