標題: Incomplete sets!!! Disappointed :(
Now I never complain to Align RC but I've just waited ages to receive the frame hardware set H60068 to use on building a frame up. But there's not even 1/3 the screws needed!! Why so expensive for such a small amount of screws? It's very misleading. I now have to wait ages to complete the frame

Also Main Frame Parts H60028 doesn't include the frame mounting bolt! How's that a set? Is the frame mounting bolt available anywhere?

It's impossible to build a second machine without buying the expensive CF Main Frame/1.6mm H60029. That's very unfair.

I'm not being nasty...I'm just devastated :dem03

Where did you get your kit? You may complain to the store where you got it.

I'm actually making up another 600 from spares (after upgrading so much

) so I just needed to buy side frames and screws but I've had to order 2 more packs of the screws. But the frame mounting bolt is not available anywhere

I buy my stuff from Taiwan and I was just disappointed that I couldn't complete the job.

My second 600 is going to be a Jet Ranger

I'll share with you guys as I near completion.

I agree. The store sold the parts or any items to you should bear all the responsibility for the items. And the store would go back Align for any complain, this is the marketing channel operation they should go with.

Bless you build your second 600.... In fact, Align is the most responsibile company I met during my 20 years marketing life.

100% agree

Obviously I'm a fan of Align

But not being able to buy a frame mounting bolt without buying an expensive cf frame kit is Align's doing and nothing to do with a store

I'm not spending another $100+ for a $2 bit! haha

And a frame screw kit without enough screws isn't very clever IMHO

Good suggestions are for a forum not a store.

Anyway...forget it for now. Just an idea for the future.

My Jet Ranger project will hopefully blow your socks off

I'll keep you all informed.

Simply suggesting that the frame mounting bolt should be available seperate does not mean I should be patronised!

I run the only dedicated Align forum and dedicate 100% of my time...for no money...to this company. So making a suggestion on the Align board is...I would think...fair enough?
